– Remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to check-in (non-refundable)

– Between 30 days and 8 days before check-in, 50% of the total stay will be charged as a penalty.
– Less than 7 days before check-in or in case of no-show: the total amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
– After submitting your request, the hotel will contact you to request payment under the terms mentioned above.

What is the deadline for cancelling my booking?

Reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the check-in date, depending on the type of rate. You should always contact the hotel in case of doubt.
