Starting at 8:30 PM, a sophisticated gala dinner is served: rich partridge broth with egg and vegetables, Atlantic sea bass tranche, green apple sorbet, and a delicate fillet Wellington with mushroom duxelles and Serrano ham.
The pairing features Quinta dos Lagares DOC Douro wines, São João Reserva Bruto sparkling wine, and Phulia Loureiro Vinho Verde. At midnight, the arrival of 2027 is celebrated with sparkling wine and raisins, followed by the New Year’s supper (ceia de São Silvestre) at 2:00 AM and live music entertainment throughout the entire night.
